NASCAR Toyota/Save Mart 350 Betting Preview

NASCAR's Monster Energy Cup Series returns to action this Sunday following a week off with the running of the Toyota/Save Mart 350 on the road course at Sonoma Raceway. This is one of two races on the Cup Series schedule that is contested on a road course layout as opposed to a traditional oval. Sunday's event is set to get underway at 3 p.m. (ET) with FOX Sports 1 carrying the broadcast nationally.

It does not matter where Kevin Harvick or Kyle Busch are racing their cars lately when it comes to taking the checkered flag. These two drivers have combined to win nine of the Cup Series' first 15 point-race events. Defending champion Martin Truex Jr. and veteran NASCAR driver Clint Bowyer have each won a pair of races as part of a select group that have made their way to Victory Lane this season. Also on the list is Austin Dillon after stunning the field in the season-opening Daytona 500 and Joey Logano, who crossed the finish line first at Talladega.

When it comes to betting on the odds to win this Sunday's race, you probably cannot go wrong putting your money on one of the six drivers mentioned above. As part of my weekly NASCAR coverage for SportsBettingStats.com, I have come up with my top-valued pick to win at Sonoma based on the betting odds at BetAnySports .
