NASCAR's Monster Energy Cup Series returns to Long Pond, Pennsylvania this week for the first race of the season at Pocono Raceway. Sunday's Pocono 400 is slated to get underway at 2 p.m. with FOX Sports 1 carrying the race nationally.
Kevin Harvick has already won five point-race events this season along with the 2018 All-Star Race at Charlotte. An early wreck ended his night at Charlotte last Sunday in the Coca-Cola 600. Filling the void with his fourth victory this season was Kyle Busch. These two drivers have now combined to win nine of the first 13 races on the schedule and neither is showing any signs of slowing down as the top two favorites at BetAnySports to win this Sunday's main event at Pocono.
While going chalk this season with the favorites has made NASCAR bettors a small fortune so far, I think the value in the odds for this race is a bit further down the betting board.
