Nebraska Rolls Out Legal Sports Betting

Ohio was the first state to launch legal sports betting this year and Massachusetts was second in line. Nebraska was the third state in 2023 to roll out legal betting on sports. WarHorse Casino Lincoln launched its retail sportsbook this past week as the first in the state.

WarHorse Casino also have facilities in Omaha and South Sioux City in the Cornhuskers State. The Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission wants to get the retail sportsbooks up and running before tackling the online commercial operators including FanDuel and DraftKings.
