Virginia @ Notre Dame Free Betting Pick

One of the top matchups on this Saturday's college football schedule is a head-to-head battle between nationally ranked teams with the No. 18 Virginia Cavaliers squaring off against the No. 10 Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Notre Dame opened as an 11-point home favorite and that spread has been bet up to 11.5 points at America's Bookie online sportsbook. The total for this game is currently set at 47 points.

The betting consensus leans towards the Fighting Irish at 57 percent with 56 percent of the public leaning towards the OVER. Virginia has climbed the rankings with a prefect 4-0 start while going 2-1-1 against the spread. However, the Cavaliers' early schedule has been rather soft with lopsided victories against in-state teams such as William & Mary and Old Dominion. As one of the better teams in the watered-down ACC, they will be stepping up in class this Saturday afternoon in South Bend.

Notre Dame is coming off a tough 23-17 loss to Georgia closing as a heavy 16-point road underdog. While many bettors are banking on the Irish bouncing back with a dominating win this week, I do believe that a bitter defeat against the No. 3 team in the nation will linger into this game. Virginia is good enough to keep this game closer than 11 points if the Irish do not bring their A game to Notre Dame Stadium in a slated 3:30 p.m. start on NBC.

As part of a weekly series for the popular sports betting website Scores & Stats, I covered this game as my underdog pick of the week. Please click through the link below for my complete game preview.

NFL Week 3 Betting Pick- Dolphins at Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys' fast 2-0 start has impressed the Oddsmakers to the point where they are prohibitive 22.5-point home favorites at most online sportsbooks for Sunday's 1 p.m. inter-conference tilt against the 0-2 Miami Dolphins. A good part of this inflated spread can also be attributed to just how bad the Dolphins have played in their first two games.

The big question heading into this matchup is twofold. First, is Dallas really as good as everyone thinks? Next, is Miami truly as bad as its performance against Baltimore and New England where the Dolphins were outscored 102-10? My guess is no for both questions. The Cowboys are a good team, but it also helped that they faced the New York Giants and the Washington Redskins as part of that 2-0 start. Each of these NFC East opponents is also in the running for a very high draft pick next April.

As part of my NFL coverage for the new sports betting site BettingOdds.com, I broke down this matchup to come up with a "best bet" pick. Three- touchdown spreads are rare at the pro level. That many points can be too tempting to turn down, but you get the feeling that Miami will need them all to cover. College Football Pac-12 'Pick of the Week'

The Pac-12 was the forgotten major conference in 2018 with just two teams ranking in the final College Football Playoff Top 25. The highest-ranked team on that list was the Washington State Cougars at No. 10. Through the first three weeks of this season, the Pac-12 is back on track with six teams ranked in the latest AP Top 25. The Utah Utes top the list at No. 10 with the Cougars holding down the 19th spot at 3-0.

They will put their unbeaten streak on the line this Saturday night against the UCLA Bruins, who have gone in the opposite direction at 0-3. The Oddsmakers at America's Bookie online sportsbook have Washington State listed as 19-point home favorite for Saturday night's late 10:30 p.m. (ET) start on ESPN.

As part of my college football coverage for a brand new sports betting site, BettingOdds.com, I covered this Pac-12 matchup with a complete game preview and betting pick. Please click through the link below to find out how I see this matchup playing out.

NASCAR's Cup Series 10-Race Playoff Kicks Off in Las Vegas

The boys of NASCAR return to Las Vegas Motor Speedway this week for Sunday night's South Point 400. Race time is set for 7 p.m. on NBC Sports Network. America's Bookie has opened Kyle Busch as a +380 favorite to win the first of 10 races to this season's Cup Series Championship. He is also ranked No. 1 in the current point standings.

Driving the No. 18 Toyota, Busch is tied with Denny Hamlin and Martin Truex Jr. for the most point-race victories this season. Those two driver's betting odds to win Sunday' race are set at +1100. Kevin Harvick won last week's race at Indianapolis and his odds to win again this week are +550 as the second-favorite on the list. Joey Logano won the first Cup Series event at Las Vegas earlier in the season. The 2018 defending Cup Series champion is listed as a +660 third-favorite along with Brad Keselowski to pull off the season sweep.

NFL Week 2 Free Three Pack Parlay- Live Dogs

Overreactions to Week 1 results in the NFL are a big part of the game and they are running hot heading into this week's matchups. The Oddsmakers are also trying to analyze the first round of games to keep the spreads as sharp as possible, but the betting public has made things rather easy by driving up the numbers with a heavy lean towards favorites in a number of games.

Breaking down the stats, facts and betting trends for all of Sunday's games, Sportsbook Views has come up with a THREE-PACK Parlay play for three live dogs. Using the current betting lines at America's Bookie, the following is a look at my three top picks along with some key betting trends for each matchup.

1- Take the Minnesota Vikings +2 1/2 points on the road against the Green Bay Packers

The Vikings are 5-1-1 SU in the last seven meetings while covering ATS in five of those games. Minnesota is 9-3-1 ATS in its last 13 September games and it is 8-2-1 SU in its last 11 NFC North games. Green Bay is 1-4 ATS in its last five division games.

2- Take the New York Giants +1 1/2 points at home against the Buffalo Bills

The Giants are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games against the AFC East and they are 6-1-1 ATS in their last seven games against Buffalo. The Bills have lost four of their last five Week 2 games SU. They are 1-4 ATS in their last five games against the NFC East.

3- Take the New Orleans Saints +2 points on the road against the Los Angeles Rams

The Saints are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games against the NFC West and they have won seven of their last eight games SU on the road. *The Rams have SU five-game winning streak against the Saints at home, but this showdown is all about revenge for last year's blown interference call in the NFC Championship.

CFL Week 13 Free Betting Picks

While the general betting public is focused on opening day action in the NFL, sharp bettors know that there is still some solid betting value to be found in professional football north of the border. The playoff race is really heating up in the CFL heading into Week 13. The West Division race is wide open with four of five teams in the hunt while Hamilton enjoys a comfortable lead atop the East Division standings heading into a bye week.

The four-game schedule starts with Friday night's inter-division tilt between the British Columbia Lions against the Montreal Alouettes. There is a tripleheader of games this Saturday highlighted by a big West Division showdown between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers for first place in the standings.

As part of my weekly CFL coverage for the popular sports betting website SBR Picks, I took a closer look at all four matchups to offer betting picks for each game based on betting lines at America's Book. Please click through the link below for my free "best bet" predictions.
