The Vikings are 5-1-1 SU in the last seven meetings while covering ATS in five of those games. Minnesota is 9-3-1 ATS in its last 13 September games and it is 8-2-1 SU in its last 11 NFC North games. Green Bay is 1-4 ATS in its last five division games.

2- Take the New York Giants +1 1/2 points at home against the Buffalo Bills

The Giants are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games against the AFC East and they are 6-1-1 ATS in their last seven games against Buffalo. The Bills have lost four of their last five Week 2 games SU. They are 1-4 ATS in their last five games against the NFC East.

3- Take the New Orleans Saints +2 points on the road against the Los Angeles Rams

The Saints are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games against the NFC West and they have won seven of their last eight games SU on the road. *The Rams have SU five-game winning streak against the Saints at home, but this showdown is all about revenge for last year's blown interference call in the NFC Championship.

NFL Betting Odds to Win The NFC

It was not pretty but the Green Bay Packers took the first step towards winning the NFC this season with Thursday's upset over the NFC North rival Chicago Bears. CFL Week 13 Free Betting Picks

While the general betting public is focused on opening day action in the NFL, sharp bettors know that there is still some solid betting value to be found in professional football north of the border. The playoff race is really heating up in the CFL heading into Week 13. The West Division race is wide open with four of five teams in the hunt while Hamilton enjoys a comfortable lead atop the East Division standings heading into a bye week.

The four-game schedule starts with Friday night's inter-division tilt between the British Columbia Lions against the Montreal Alouettes. There is a tripleheader of games this Saturday highlighted by a big West Division showdown between the Saskatchewan Roughriders and the Winnipeg Blue Bombers for first place in the standings.

Betting NASCAR's Bojangles Southern 500

Sunday night's Bojangles Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway is the first of two races that will set the final 16-driver field for this season's 10-race playoff to a Cup Series title. The Oddsmakers at America's Bookie have set Kyle Busch as a +385 favorite to win followed by Kevin Harvick and Martin Truex Jr. as +550 second-favorites. All three of those drivers have already earned a spot in the playoff field with previous victories this season. Denny Hamlin (+750), Brad Keselowski (+880) and Joey Logano (+880) are also on the board as top contenders.

Saturday's Horse Racing Action at Saratoga & Del Mar

The last Saturday in August is filled with some major graded horse betting action at Saratoga Race Course in upstate New York and out on the West Coast at Del Mar. The highlight on the card at Saratoga is the $750,000 Woodward Stakes. One of the featured races at Del Mar is the Del Mar Derby for some top three-year old turf racers.

This year's Woodward features nine entries as a lead-in race for the 2019 Breeders' Cup Classic at Santa Anita Park the first Saturday in November. The morning line favorite at 2/1 odds is Yoshida, who is back to defend his title after winning the Woodward last year. His biggest competition should come from Vino Rosso at 7/2 betting odds.

College Football 2019 Betting Overview

The 2019 college football season is officially underway with a pair of games this past Saturday night. Florida got past Miami 24-20 but the Gators could not cover as seven-point favorites. Hawaii closed as an 11-point home underdog against the Pac-12's Arizona Wildcats and the Rainbow Warriors pulled off a huge straight-up 45-38 upset to give the dogs a 2-0 start against the spread.

A full week of games is highlighted by this Thursday's extended schedule featuring the defending National Champion Clemson Tigers in their ACC debut. They will play host to Georgia Tech in an 8 p.m. start on the ACC Network. Clemson is listed as a heavy 35.5-point favorite at America's Bookie online sportsbook.

NASCAR Cup Series Picks: 2019 Updated Championship Futures

NASCAR's Cup Series takes the week off to gear up for the final two regular season point races of the year in Darlington and Indianapolis. Those two races will finalize the 16-driver field for this year's 10-race playoff to the 2019 racing title. Heading into this week's racing bye, the top seven drivers have won 22 of the first 24 Cup Series point races. Kyle Busch, Martin Truex Jr. and Denny Hamlin have combined to win 12 of those events.
